Somewhere at that time, someone created this (adding faux defects, to make it look "authentic"), and it is not from any actual poster that was ever made, but rather something that was created specifically to deceive collectors into THINKING that it was vintage! Whoever made this sold many of them on eBay back at that time, often presenting them as being from 1977. IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT! It is just a fan creation that someone made to cheat people. We still see ones offered for sale that are misidentified. If you want to buy this to stick on your wall, great, but please don't buy it and then attempt to resell it as anything other than what it is! This item was consigned to us from the collection of southern California based Kevin LaNeave, a long-time 30 year+ Star Wars memorabilia collector with an emphasis on original theatrical movie posters as well as other marketing, promotional, and commercial posters from a galaxy far, far away.
