The theater featured art deco design, two levels and seating for 1735. The theater was sold in the 1970s and converted into a shopping center. Luckily, in 1986, it was lovingly restored and re-opened as the Hayden Orpheum! Condition: fair. There is faint water staining down the left of the poster and a few other small stains and tears around the edges. There are two 2" vertical tears near the center of the top foldline.
