Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned two examples of this title card, and only one in the last 12 years! Note that this card has a stamp on the back that indicates it came from the legendary "Cozy Theater" collection! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There is a 3" tear with creases at top center and someone put tape on the back of that area. Otherwise, there are only a few faint smudges around the edges and a diagonal crease at lower left.
