But there will be Rollerball."; "In the very near future, they will produce a war every week during prime time... And televise it to the rest of the world. They will call it Rollerball"; note that this film was set in the then distant future of 2018!) starring James Caan, John Houseman, Maud Adams, John Beck, Moses Gunn, Pamela Hensley, Barbara Trentham, and Ralph Richardson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Bob Peak Important Added Info: Note that we have only once before auctioned this foil advance poster (and that one was only in "good" condition), which has great Bob Peak art that was not later used on other posters for this movie (and the art has a printed Bob Peak signature under it, which has "Munich 74" after it, which makes sense, since the games scenes were filmed in Munich in 1974, a year before the movie was released). Also note that portions of this item are printed on a foil material and is very difficult to accurately photograph, but is quite striking when viewed in person! Also note that foil material scuffs quite easily, and is difficult to find in nice condition. Condition: good to very good. There are creases and scuffs scattered in the vertical fold and a lesser amount on the horizontal folds. There are a few creases scattered in the background areas. As noted above, it is difficult to present an accurate photo of this poster without the reflection. It can be displayed as it is, or certainly, one could choose to have restoration performed.
