Important Added Info: Note that this script is from July 2, 1940 and the screenplay was written by Paul Osborn (the script is dated July 2 on the cover, but all of the interior pages are dated either 10/17/40 or 10/18/40, because at that time, the script was heavily revised; see below). There is a copy of a letter bound into the script after page 180. It is addressed to "Sidney" (Sidney Franklin), and it is from Paul Osborn, the writer. Apparently Sidney was someone who revised Paul Osborn's script, and Osborn was complimenting him on the "excellent cuts" he made, but he suggested a few places where a few lines should be added back in or where he thought the cuts did not make sense.

Condition: good to very good. There is light water staining in the top right of the front cover and on the left and bottom of the blank back cover. There are some tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss around the edges of the covers. There are some faint water stains around the edges of the 2-page letter bound in the middle of the script .
