CLARENCE BROWN

Clarence Brown was a director from the 1920s to the 1950s. Some of his movies include: Intruder in the Dust, National Velvet (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film), The Yearling, Anna Christie (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film), and Free Soul (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film). He passed away in 1987 at the age of 97.
