Who will dare?"; the second of the Universal Frankenstein movies, and the only example I am aware of where a sequel is clearly superior to the original movie!; this is James Whale's masterpiece, and almost everyone agrees it is among the finest movies ever made, regardless of genre) starring Boris Karloff (as the Frankenstein monster), Colin Clive (as Dr. Henry Frankenstein), Valerie Hobson (as the bride of Dr. Frankenstein), Elsa Lanchester (in the title role as the bride of the Frankenstein monster, and also as Mary Shelley!), Una O'Connor, Ernest Thesiger (as Dr. Pretorius), E.E. Clive, O.P. Heggie, John Carradine, Dwight Frye (as Karl), Gavin Gordon, and Neil Fitzgerald NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was consigned to us by an Egyptian person. They may have been created for film festivals or for some other use. We have been told by Egyptian collectors that these were made sometime in the 2000s, and it is certainly possible that they were made in the last few years, although they could be perhaps 20 years old. That is everything we know about this poster (and the other ones from other classic movies we are currently auctioning). If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has some creases around the edges and light creases scattered in portions of the image.
