An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (3sh; measures 21" x 84") (Learn More) the international theatrical release of two or more "Texas John Slaughter" episodes of the "Disneyland" TV series re-packaged and titled "Geronimo's Revenge", the 1960 Harry Keller & James Neilson cowboy western action melodrama ("The West's most infamous warrior"; "Geronimo... red skin... black heart") starring Tom Tryon (as Texas John Slaughter), Betty Lynn, Darryl Hickman, Brian Corcoran, and Pat Hogan (in the title role as Geronimo). Note that this is likely one of the absolute most rare and difficult to find titles for Disney completionists! This movie apparently was solely released outside the U.S. (as a feature compiled from TV episodes), because we have only had two different pieces of movie paper from it. One was an international three-sheet, with the title "Geronimo's Revenge", and the other was an Italian two-panel, where it was titled "Texas John contro Geronimo" (apparently on a double bill with one or more Goofy cartoons), and these are the only two first release movie posters we have ever auctioned from it! Important Added Info: Note that the poster measures 41" x 84", not 41" x 81" (due to a typo, the poster is stamped 21" x 84"!). This was something that Disney was experimenting with at this time, and several titles were made that size. The experiment was likely abandoned due to complaints by movie theaters that put the posters into three-sheet frames, and these slightly oversized posters didn't fit! Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections. Condition: good to very good. There are pairs of staple holes around the edges of the poster and some smudges and darkening on the parts of the poster that were on the outside when it was fully folded.
