What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had creases, small tears, and some tiny areas of paper loss scattered in the vertical fold between the top and bottom crossfolds and a lesser amount on the horizontal folds. There were pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
