An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

Her First Romance, the 1940 Edward Dmytryk romantic musical ("Based on the novel 'Her Father's Daughter' by Gene Stratton-Porter") starring Edith Fellows, Wilbur Evans, Julie Bishop (billed as "Jacqueline Wells"), Alan Ladd, and Judith Linden
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that when Alan Ladd made this movie in 1940, he was a complete unknown and had a relatively minor role (this was one of a surprising 42 bit parts that Ladd had before he became a major star with his role as a hired killer in "This Gun for Hire"). But by 1943 he was a very major star, and so Monogram re-released this movie, as if it were a new movie starring Alan Ladd. However, the theater that showed the re-release in this case just put a large snipe on the original 1940 first release poster with his name billed first and then circled his name in the credits (see below).

Condition: good. There is a large snipe glued over the title and someone circled Ladd's names in the credits with grease pencil. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid.
