Zanuck; a highly fictionalized biography of Ferdinand de Lesseps, the man behind the building of the Suez Canal) starring Tyrone Power Jr. (as Ferdinand de Lesseps), Loretta Young, Annabella, J. Edward Bromberg, Joseph Schildkraut, Henry Stephenson, Sidney Blackmer, Sig Rumann, Maurice Moscovich, Nigel Bruce, Miles Mander, and George Zucco NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that, immediately after World War II, the U.S. occupied Japan, and many American movies were shown in the late 1940s. All of the Japanese posters we have seen from that period have a "Motion Picture Export Association" circular printed logo on the poster, and this only seems to be on these late 1940s posters. Since there were many U.S. servicemen in Japan at this time, these posters have the title written in both Japanese and in English, and they are from the first Japanese release. Also note that this poster was folded across the middle at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. There is some tattering and small paper loss around the edges of the poster with some at left and right and top that has been repaired with paper from the back and small amounts of paint from the front. There is a similar repair on the back of the poster at center but it appears to be there for reinforcement. Other than the defects around the edges, the poster is in pretty nice condition and after simple linenbacking by a top professional it will display well. Learn More about condition grades
