Hill romantic alcohol bootlegging gangster crime melodrama ("The picture that busts gangdom wide open!"; "'The Secret Six' alone stood between the underworld and a great city..."; based on the story by Frances Marion) starring Wallace Beery, Marjorie Rambeau, Lewis Stone, Jean Harlow (in her first credited role after her breakout hit in "Hell's Angels", and just before "The Public Enemy", and it may well have been filmed before the release of "Hell's Angels"), Johnny Mack Brown (billed as "John Mack Brown"), Clark Gable (in his fourth credited role!), and Ralph Bellamy (in his first movie role!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 7 1/2" x 10" [19 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Right when it was created, it was glued to a brown sheet of paper and there is a stamp from a magazine on the back of the brown paper, and a snipe glued to the brown paper below that (see our image). Condition: good. There is uneven discoloration in the still (including in Harlow's face), caused by the glue from the paper on the back. There are some creases and scuffs scattered in the still.
