If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster is FAR more rare than the one-sheets or lobby cards from this movie! In the case of this poster, we have previously auctioned two of the "international style", and only two rolled domestic version (like this one), but one of those was restored and paperbacked, and the other one was only in "good" condition. The last time we auctioned an example of this poster was an international style version in "good to very good" condition and it was folded, and it sold for $286. Note also that this poster has never been folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good. The poster has light ripples scattered throughout and some minor wear in edges of portions of the borders. There are a few small creases in the bottom of Wilder's jacket. The colors of the poster are very bright and completely unfaded. Any talented restorer could surely flatten the poster and remove the rippling (with or without backing it), and afterwards, the poster will display great, but please bear in mind this defect before bidding on this poster.
