An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) A Walk in the Sun, the classic 1945 Lewis Milestone World War II (WWII) military melodrama ("A new milestone of screen greatness!"; "From the novel by Harry Brown"; "Screenplay by Robert Rossen"; about a platoon in Italy in World War II, where the sergeant ends up in command due to deaths of his superior officers, and he must attack a Nazi-held farmhouse, and as the soldiers wait to attack, each of the members of the platoon tell about themselves in flashback) starring Dana Andrews, Richard Conte, George Tyne, John Ireland, Lloyd Bridges, Sterling Holloway, Norman Lloyd, Herbert Rudley, Richard Benedict, and Huntz Hall (in a rare non-Bowery Boys role!). Note that the screenplay for this movie was written by Robert Rossen, in the years when he was solely a screenwriter, before he became an excellent director!
