Condition: very good. tack hole in each corner; very minor crease in the upper right blank corner; a few light smudges around the edges of the card; extremely minor scuffs in the upper right of the image background (only noticeable when the card is held at an angle to the light); Note that there are two small areas on the back of the card that are somewhat "sticky" from pieces of tape that were applied to the back. These areas are now covered with Post-It notes.
