Jack Cooper was an English actor from the 1910s to the 1940s who worked in the U.S. and was featured in Hal Roach and Mack Sennett movies in the 1920s). Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
