BILLY BEVAN

Billy Bevan was an actor from the 1920s to the 1940s. He was one of the better Charlie Chaplin imitators of the time. Some of his movies include: Rebecca, Bringing Up Baby, A Tale of Two Cities, and Mr. Deeds Goes to Town. He passed away in 1957 at the age of 70.
