Songs!"; "The Sensational Broadway Musical!"; "What a Cast!"; "Brilliant cast of entertainers"' one of the first major all-black movies from a major studio, intended to be shown to both white and black audiences) starring Ethel Waters ("Famed Torch Singer"), Eddie 'Rochester' Anderson ( "Funnier Than Ever"), Lena Horne ("Gorgeous Song-Bird"), Louis Armstrong, Rex Ingram (as Lucifer Jr.), Duke Ellington & His Orchestra, The Hall Johnson Choir, Willie Best, Mantan Moreland, Kenneth Spencer, John William Sublett (as Bubbles), Ford Washington Lee (as Buck), and Oscar Polk. Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had some fine surface paper loss along the folds. It had just a few small tears and tiny bits of surface paper loss in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.
