eMoviePoster.comDid you know... that some small but very helpful improvements were made to our auctions this week?Return to Did You Know Archive Added: 01/09/2012 This week our auction software provider, AuctionAnything.com, made two small, but very helpful improvements to the auctions as follows: 1) There is an "Ask a Question" link at the top of each auction's page. This link worked fine for many bidders, but for bidders who use web-based e-mail (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc), it usually would not work. This was changed so that it now links to our Contact Form and, in effect, makes it so that anyone may now easily contact us regardless of the type of e-mail they have and therefore simplifies the simple task of contacting us. 2) When a bid is placed on one of our auctions, after you bid you see a final confirmation screen, and if you were outbid, there has always been a link that allows you to "bid again" (if you wish to raise your maximum bid). While this link used to take you back to the auction you were outbid on, it did not take you directly to the bid box. This has been fixed so that now when you are outbid and you click "bid again", it takes you directly to the bid box thus saving you the time of having to scroll down to place your new bid (which can be very important if it is nearing the end of that auction, or if you are bidding on many auctions at once). Both of these improvements were directly related to the input of YOU, our customers. Without you, we may never have realized these easy improvements were needed. Know that we always welcome suggestions (and listen to complaints), so if you ever have one, please let us know!
