In early 2008, we decided we had to leave eBay (due to their insane rules and endless fee increases), so we researched many different third party auction software providers eventually deciding to go with AuctionAnything.com. In April 2008, we moved our auctions completely to their software and it has been wonderful for us and our customers adding new features eBay did not have (such as the time extended bidding) while removing all the eBay headaches. Here are some of the added benefits you (and we!) get by using AuctionAnything.com:

• With eBay, if we had an issue with their software, we were at their mercy, but with AuctionAnything.com, if there is any sort of issue, we can speak directly to their team of programmers and get it resolved quickly.
• Better still, we have only had the need to speak to their programmers about "issues" a handful of times in the 9 years we've been using their software. This is a testament to the quality of their programmers and customer service at their company (back when we were on eBay, it seemed there were issues every few weeks, often times that could not be fixed). We love having a consistently stable auction environment.
• Unlike other auction houses' software, AuctionAnything.com keeps us from knowing your bids, so there is no way we could "cheat" you by way of bids placed with the knowledge of what you are bidding (either by the auction directly, or through "friends" of the auction).

Of course, we are not their only client, and sometimes they make changes or improvements we personally might not have chosen to make or implement at the time they do so, and there are a few changes or improvements we WOULD like to see made, but because they are complex, they need to "wait their turn". But AuctionAnything.com is constantly working to add new features which will sometimes change how some aspects of the site works.

There have been a few small problems with having our auctions set up this way, but we are always working to eliminate them! And the benefits gained by having our auctions set up this way far outweigh the few problems.

And of course, all of you know about our many wonderful features we offer on our site (especially the auction galleries with search filters, the Auction History, and so much more) which NO other auction anywhere provides!
