Problems with Security Warning Boxes

Sometimes browsers will display a security warning dialog for various reasons. This most often occurs with Internet Explorer usually because you are moving from a non-secure page to a secure page and vice versa, but this is only to notify you that this is happening. Anytime we require any information from our customers it is always done securely and these warnings can safely be ignored.

In very rare cases some browsers will report that they can not validate our identity. Which means your browser may be transferring data to us securely, but it can't confirm that we are who we claim to be. This can usually be solved by installing any security updates available for your operating system and also making sure your system time is accurate.

It is also worth mentioning that we will only request user input from pages located at www.eMoviePoster.com or auctions.eMoviePoster.com. If your browser does not list either of these in the address bar and it is requesting private information claiming to be us, then you may have malware redirecting web requests for malicious purposes. If this is the case we highly recommend running an anti-virus/anti-malware scan as soon as possible.
