Find a Better Way Do a Better Job!, the 1951 Sheldon-Claire workplace motivational poster ("Speak Up! makes a difference to you") encouraging workers to suggest improvements, and featuring art of a squirrel using a nutcracker to open a walnut. The Sheldon-Claire Co was founded by Lew Shalett during the 1930s to provide employee motivational materials to industry. The posters and other materials were used by a wide range of companies, associations, government agencies, municipalities and other organizations. In 1981, Mr. Shallet sold his employee motivation program to Pratt & Whitney (however, that firm found that there was no market for it anymore and it was discontinued).
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has some slight discoloration and a few creases and tiny tears along portions of some edges (partially repaired with tape from the back at upper left). There are several light and fine creases scattered throughout.
