An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Virginia Christine was a television and movie actress from the 1940s to the 1970s. She started in 1942, and appeared in a number of Warner Bros. movies, and was also a concert pianist, soprano, and dancer! Some of her movies include: The Killers, Judgment at Nuremberg, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers. But she had her greatest fame in the 1960s when Folgers Coffee hired her to play Mrs. Olson in a series of commercials, always smoothing over problems for young couples by pouring them cups of coffee. She passed away in 1996 at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Virginia Christine! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
