Olivia De Havilland was an actress who performed from the 1930s to the 1980s. She was often paired with Errol Flynn. Some of her movies include: The Adventures of Robin Hood, Gone With the Wind (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), The Heiress (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), To Each His Own (winner of the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Hold Back The Dawn (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Snake Pit (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), and Captain Blood. Her sister was Joan Fontaine, and they had a many decades-long (and never resolved) feud. She passed away in 2020 at the age of 104. AND June Travis (born June Dorothea Grabiner) was an actress from the 1930s to the 1960s. Some of her movies include: The Star, Ceiling Zero, and The Gladiator AND Dorothy Dare was an actress and singer from the 1930s to the 1940s. Some of her movies include: Gold Diggers of 1935, Front Page Woman, Cut Out for Love, and The Yanks Are Coming AND Maxine Doyle was a mostly uncredited actress from the 1930s to the 1940s. Some of her movies include: Footlight Parade, SOS Coast Guard, Beneath Western Skies, and The Lady and the Monster
Important Added Info: Note that this cool still was taken when "Warner Brothers studios named six young actresses who will be groomed for stardom in 1936 and 1937". This particular still is of four of the six (the other two not shown as Nan Grey and June Martel, who "were away when this pictured was taken"). Note that someone hand wrote on the snipe that the six women "will be known as Warner Brothers Starlets"! Also note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm].

Condition: fair to good. The still is slightly discolored and rippled at center, caused by the snipes glued to the back (see our images).
