An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 41" [71 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

Sinful Souls, the 1940s abortion sexploitation movie ("Protect your daughters!"; "Today A Nice Girl Tomorrow Marked For Life!"; "See... Week End Parties Wild Youth Unleashes Blind Lust - Love Hungry, THEY PAY the PRICE of PASSION!"; "ADULTS Only"; "Sure she got in trouble who was to blame?"; "See the answer in Sinful Souls"; "The picture that exposes hushed-up truths!"). Note that a dedicated collector sent us information that indicates that this movie is likely a 1940s re-release of the 1939 movie "Unborn Souls". Interestingly, "Unborn Souls" apparently did not do well with audiences for exploitation pictures, and when the film was re-released, it was given a more risque-sounding title to draw larger crowds! If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this movie is likely a 1940s re-release of the 1939 movie "Unborn Souls" (these kinds of movies were often shown in small towns in late night or midnight shows on the weekend for one week only, and posters were made for those 1940s re-releases that can be difficult to distinguish from originals; see the Description for more information). Also note that this one-sheet measures 28" x 41".

Condition: good to very good. The poster has some border loss at upper left. The poster was folded in half an extra time resulting in a light vertical foldline at left and right and there are a few areas of small separation in the crossfolds. It is otherwise in pretty good condition and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
