It had illustrated stories about then current movies and stars. Note that a test copy premiere edition with advertising and circulation information was published in 1970, with the official volume 1, number one issue published in the Summer of 1971. The publishers of this magazine did something very unusual when they launched this! They created a "test issue" that was much larger than later regular issues with 100 pages (later issues had 76 pages), and they distributed it widely with a promo brochure, trying to get stores and distributors to stock it. Apparently, the response to that test issue (which said "premiere edition") were good, because they then published a volume 1 number 1 and a volume 1 number 2, but we don't know what happened after that.If anyone knows more about this magazine, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
