Joan of Plattsburg, the 1918 William Humphrey & George Loane Tucker silent World War I (WWI) espionage spy melodrama ("By Porter Emerson Browne"; a really great story of a girl who grows up in an orphan asylum, and when she is a young woman during World War I, she reads about Joan of Arc, and while she is reading in the asylum basement, she hears "voices", and she thinks she is like Joan of Arc, but actually, she is overhearing spies who plan to kidnap an inventor and steal his invention, but when she tells what she "heard", no one believes her, but ultimately, everything works outt) starring Mabel Normand (in the title role as Joan), Robert Elliott, William Frederic, Joseph W. Smiley, and Edward Elkas

Important Added Info: Note that this is a very unusual title card. It is printed on a photo paper. It is something that Samuel Goldwyn experimented with at this time. We don't know if there was also a "regular" title card created for this movie! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. There is a tear in the right border that was repaired with tape from the back.
