We auctioned another example of this poster in December of 1991 in our second Christie's auction, and it sold for $3,960! We have not seen another example of this poster in the 17 years since, until now! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had faint creases and smudges down the left 1 1/2" of the poster and some scattered through the left yellow background area, with a lesser amount in the other yellow background areas. There were some creases, smudges, and small tears in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
