Raiders of the Lost Ark, the classic 1981 Steven Spielberg (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) World War II (WWII) Nazi treasure hunting romantic action adventure fantasy thriller ("Indiana Jones - the new hero from the creators of Jaws and Star Wars."; "Story by George Lucas and Philip Kaufman"; "Screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan"; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award) starring Harrison Ford (as Indiana Jones), Karen Allen, Paul Freeman, Ronald Lacey, John Rhys-Davies, Denholm Elliott, Alfred Molina, and Tutte Lemkow

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition.

Condition: good. There are light water stains across the bottom 3" of the poster and around the edges of the poster (not very noticeable from the front, except in some of the blank borders, and noticeable from the back, but it is much more noticeable from the back). There is a small piece of clear tape on the back of each corner, where the poster was once attached to a mat. The poster DOES have some real defects, but this is an original 1981 example of this poster that is unfolded, and that is very difficult to find!
