Also note that in 1980 United Artists re-released the early James Bond posters and printed them from the same plates as the originals. Please bid knowing that this poster has the 1964 NSS stamp on the back and it is printed on non-glossy paper stock and we are 100% sure it is from the first release in 1964 and NOT from the 1980 re-release! Condition: poor to fair. The top and bottom of the poster have been unevenly trimmed away. There is marker writing at lower right in the white background area. There are many creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the poster and there are pairs of staple holes and some small tears and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. It is quite possible that a professional restorer could linenback this poster and it would look fantastic but please do not bid unless you can accept the poster's defects!
