An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Stage Play Still (Learn More) Rudy Vallee who was a famous band leader and actor from the 1930s through the 1950s and then took a few roles in the 1960s and 1970s. Among his best remembered movies are The Palm Beach Story, Unfaithfully Yours, I Remember Mama, The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying AND Claudette Colbert was a top Hollywood actress from the 1920s to the 1960s. Some of her movies include: It Happened One Night (in her Best Actress Academy Award winning role), Midnight, The Palm Beach Story, Bluebeard's Eighth Wife, Cleopatra (the 1934 version, in the title role), Since You Went Away (in her nominated for Best Actress Academy Award role), Private Worlds (in her nominated for Best Actress Academy Award role), and scores of others! AND Randolph Scott was an actor from the 1920s to the 1960s who played a wide variety of roles in the 1920s and 1930s, but who, late in his career, starred mostly in cowboy western movies. Some of his movies include: Seven Men From now, Ride the High Country, My Favorite Wife, The Tall T, and Ride Lonesome Important Added Info: Note that we don't know exactly what this still is from, but we strongly suspect it is from when Miss Colbert returned to the stage in the 1950s (we know she was in "Marriage-Go-Round" in 1958), and we suspect her old friends from many years before came to wish her well at the show and bring her flowers.
