An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Herald (measures 5" x 7 1/2" [13 x 19 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More) Once to Every Woman, the 1920 Allen Holubar silent romantic melodrama (a great forgotten silent movie, about a small town girl who has a wonderful singing voice; she is discovered by a rich woman who sends her to Europe where she studies, but the rich woman passes away and she is aided by a man in love with her, and with his help she becomes an opera star, but she doesn't love him, and when he realizes that, he shoots her from the balcony on the opening night of the opera, and then kills himself; she recovers, but loses her voice, and everyone deserts her; she returns home to her small town, and reunites with her childhood sweetheart; over time she gets her voice back, but she realizes that the love of a good man is more important than being the star, and that true love comes "once to every woman"!) starring Dorothy Phillips, William Ellingford, Margaret Mann, Emily Chichester, and Elinor Field.
