An Original Vintage Exhibitor's Date Book (measures 4 1/4" x 7" [11 x 18 cm]) (Learn More)

MGM 1928-29, the 1928 exhibitor's date book containing calendars and date logs. They would send these date books to all their exhibitors, with the hopes they would use them regularly to list the movies they played, and that it would remind them to continue to book MGM movies. Note that this date book has no images inside at all, just an image of the MGM lion on the title page. Often, date books would have condensed versions of studio yearbooks, but this one does not.

Condition: good to very good. A theater owner used the book as intended and filled in a few of the dates with movies they were showing, and there is around one-fifth of one page removed, but it is not an image page. The image of Lon Chaney has some light staining (see our images).
