An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Richard Matheson was a legendary mostly horror/sci-fi writer from the 1950s to the 2010s. He is best remembered for writing the novel "The Shrinking Man", which was adapted into the 1957 movie "The Incredible Shrinking Man". He also wrote "I Am Legend", which was adapted into "The Last Man on Earth". He wrote fifteen scripts for the original "The Twilight Zone" TV series, including some of the best remembered episodes like "Steel", "Little Girl Lost", and "Third from the Sun". Matheson passed away in 2013 at the age of 87. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Richard Matheson! Also note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Our consignor is a longtime collector of movie memorabilia who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, and while he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic.
