An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

The Plastic Age, the 1925 Wesley Ruggles silent romantic college university sports comedy (about a college freshman who is a star athlete, and he falls for a "party girl", and he can't be with her and keep up with his studies, so he has choices to make) starring Clara Bow, Donald Keith, Mary Alden, Henry B. Walthall, Gilbert Roland, David Butler, Clark Gable (as an "athlete" in one of his 14 uncredited roles prior to making his real debut in 1931's "The Painted Desert"), Janet Gaynor (uncredited as a "Co-ed"), and Carole Lombard (also uncredited as a "Co-ed"!). Note that it was this movie that Clara Bow first had top billing in, and her great success in it made her a star!
