Important Added Info: Note that this group of FIVE items, which have has been personally autographed (signed) by Alfred Hitchcock, Janet Leigh, Anthony Perkins, Robert Bloch, AND Vera Miles, was assembled by a very longtime dealer. He acquired these five items, each signed a different Psycho related person, and then put them together with an 11" x 17" Masterprint reproduction of the Psycho one-sheet, and the winning bidder on this auction gets all of the items! Also note that this lot comes with a "certificate of authenticity" from Golden State Autographs for the Vera Miles autograph. Our consignor does not have certificates for any of the other items, but we think it likely they are all authentic. Finally note that this auction includes a commercial poster that has NOT been signed. Condition: very good. The index card signed by Hitchcock is in a protective sleeve which can be easily removed and is in excellent condition. The first day cover signed by Bloch has some clear tape on back but is otherwise in pretty nice condition. The small still signed by Miles is in pretty nice condition as well. The still signed by Perkins has been unevenly trimmed (see our image). The trimmed partial magazine cover signed by Leigh has some creases and a tear at lower right (backed by high-quality conservation tape). The assortment of signed items varies in condition, but overall the autograph collection is in pretty nice condition.
