An Autographed Color 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Dickie Jones was an actor from the 1930s to the 1960s. He was the son of a Texas newspaper editor, and he was a prodigious horseman from infancy, billed at the age of four as the World's Youngest Trick Rider and Trick Roper. He made many western movies as a child, and in 1940, he gave voice to Pinocchio in the Walt Disney classic! As he entered his teen years, he drifted away from movies, but as a young adult, Gene Autry hired him to play the sidekick to "The Range Rider", and later in his own series, "Buffalo Bill, Jr.", and a few years after that, he retired from show business. He passed away in 2014 at the age of 87. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Dickie Jones! Note that this item was consigned to us by a man who has been a major movie memorabilia collector and dealer from the 1970s on. During that time, he would regularly purchase collections of movie memorabilia from both dealers and collectors, and in some of those collections he purchased autographed items. Both we and our consignor feel it is quite likely that the autograph on this item is authentic, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity (unless noted above). As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
