An Original Vintage Linenbacked Belgian World War II Poster (measures 25 3/4" x 37 1/2" [65 x 95 cm]) (Learn More)

Avis 10.000 RM. De Recompense! (literally translates to "Notice 10,000 Reichsmark Reward!"), the 1941 Belgian World War II (WWII) Wanted poster produced by the Nazi German occupying forces, encouraging citizens to help find the two men who killed "2 members of the German security police". Note that this poster features images of the two men (Henry Talboom and Robert Lelong) who were believed to have committed the killings, and they were members of the Belgian resistance group Phalange Blanche. Despite the dire straits of the Belgian people at this time, none of them informed on those two men for the large reward that was offered. Eventually, Lelong shot himself rather than be captured, but Talboom was able to escape to Switzerland.
