Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Not only that, we have only auctioned one jumbo window card and some smaller items for the film (such as lobby cards and stills) but NO other movie posters for it whatsoever! Note also that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Also note that the theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces). Note that this is one of an amazing find of four similar three-sheets that were found in the home of a man who worked at a movie theater in the mid 1930s, and he took these posters home with him and they sat undisturbed in his house ever since! All of these three-sheets were folded oddly, and they measure approximately 21" x 21", and all are incredibly rare. We are also auctioning seven other three-sheets that also came from this amazing find, in seven separate auctions, but those seven were folded very differently, and they measure approximately 13" x 20" when folded, but just like the four that were folded the other way, they are also incredibly rare. This may be your only opportunity to obtain this poster (or any of the other three-sheets, which are being auctioned in separate auctions). Also note that this poster was folded oddly, and it now measures approximately 21" x 21", so it will need to be sent in a larger than normal flat package that measures approximately 23" x 23", so bear this in mind before bidding.

Condition: good. The theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces). It also has tears on parts of the folds, and pinholes around the edges and some creases and smudges scattered through the image. Obviously this incredibly rare poster can be restored and linenbacked, but bear its condition and the cost of restoration in mind before bidding.
