Also included are two 4x5 test photos (see below) (Learn More) The Farmer's Daughter, the 1963 - 1966 television (TV) political romantic comedy series (about an Irish farmer's daughter who goes to work for a congressman and completely improves his life!) starring Inger Stevens, William Windom, Cathleen Nesbitt, Mickey Sholdar, and Rory O'Brien. Note that this TV show was loosely based on the 1947 movie of the same name starring Loretta Young. Important Added Info: Note that these negatives come in glassine sleeves from the network, and the sleeves say "FD10", "FD13" or "FD14" and then numbers, so they may be from the 10th, 13th, and 14th episodes. Included with the negatives are 2 4x5 test photos printed from the negatives. Note that these are "studio-issued" negatives. What are they? They were produced by the studio but are not the camera originals. They are very high quality and were created in quantity by the studios and sent to media outlets or other places that had need of the very highest quality image for reproduction purposes (in newspapers, magazines, or elsewhere). We have put scans of the negatives that show the "positive image" of each. REMEMBER THAT WHAT YOU RECEIVE WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHIC NEGATIVES, NOT POSITIVE IMAGES LIKE YOU ARE SEEING. However, we will provide the winning bidder of this auction those positive image scans that are both high quality and not watermarked (on request to the winning bidder, and only the winning bidder). Each of the negatives is in a plastic sleeve (but we removed each and scanned them, so that bidders could see just how high quality they are). They will be sent to the winner of the auction in their sleeves. Note that this is one of thirteen groups of negatives that were first consigned to us in 2017. They are all 4x5 and 2.25x2.25 negatives from TV shows of the 1960s, which are extremely rare! Included were groups from Burke's Law, Batman, and other TV shows of that time. We auctioned some in 2017 and in the years since, and now we are auctioning the very last of these, in thirteen separate auctions! One of the groups we auctioned in 2018 was a group showing Julie Newmar as Catwoman from Batman, and that group of 14 sold for $2,049! Once these final thirteen groups are gone, there will be no more from this remarkable collection, so this is the last chance to purchase from it. Note: We have 34 images of the negatives in this set, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 34 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 24. Condition: good to very good.
