Note that this was the first motion picture to be filmed in VistaVision! Also note that the title song "White Christmas" was first introduced in 1942 in the Fred Astaire/Bing Crosby movie "Holiday Inn", and it proved to be so popular that this movie was made, utilizing part of the plot of that earlier film, and reusing this song, which was now over a decade old, but it proved to be an even greater hit! The poster has been glued to a relatively thin piece of white cardboard. It has light fold and border wear, a small area of slight discoloration at lower left and some light rippling at upper right. There are some scuff marks in Vera-Ellen's dress at lower right and there is a diagonal crease at lower right. Despite the defects the poster does make a pretty nice display!
