There is what appears to be tiny paper loss in the center of the top blank border, but the paper is simply folded back, and there is only a tiny tear in that area. There is a 1/2" tear in the right of the top border that was repaired with clear tape from the front and back, and two tears in the upper right border that extend into the black background, with some tiny tears in the lower right blank border. There are a few pairs of staple holes around the edges of the card (the one in the top center of the image was roughly removed and there is tiny surface paper loss in that area), and some faint scuffs in scattered in the image.
