An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) Objective, Burma!, the 1945 Raoul Walsh World War II (WWII) Southeast Asia military paratrooper action thriller ("From an Original Story by Alvah Bessie"; about a group of paratroopers who land in Japanese controlled Burma during World War II and need to destroy an installation, which they accomplish, but getting out of the country is far more difficult) starring Errol Flynn, William Prince, James Brown, George Tobias, Henry Hull, Warner Anderson, Anthony Caruso, and George Tyne NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass. Otherwise, the cardboard holder has staining around the staples, but the glass slide itself is in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
