An Autographed 1" x 3" Cut Album Page (Learn More) Josephine Hutchinson was an actress from the 1910s to the 1970s. She was a leading actress at Warner Bros. in the 1930s, and then she quit the movies in 1941 (during that time, she was an acting coach at Columbia Studios), but returned in 1946, and successfully transitioned to older roles, and continued acting on stage and in the movies and on television for many years. Some of her movies include: Nevada Smith, North By Northwest, and Son of Frankenstein. She passed away in 1998 at the age of 94. Important Added Info: This cut album page has been personally autographed (signed) by Josephine Hutchinson. It could be matted with a vintage or repro still and framed together to make a cool display! Note that this item has been trimmed and it now measures 1" x 3" [3 x 8 cm]. This autograph (and others from this same collection we are offering in separate auctions) comes from the estate of Dorothy Credille, who was a Hollywood publicist in the 1930s to the 1950s. During the course of her work, she became personal friends and an acquaintance of all the top Hollywood stars, and she collected many autographs in an autograph book (as well as some signed 8x10s and 11x14s). Someone took the autograph book and cut out the individual autographs, and this is one of those autographs from that book. We feel certain that it is authentic. Condition: good to very good.
