This circus poster has no writing on it (or we can't read it or the translation does not help) and we do not know more about the performers and/or attractions, so we have listed it as "Unknown Circus Poster". If anyone knows more, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Important Added Info: Note that a knowledgeable collector mentions that this artwork was used to promote Geo. W. Cole's Famous 3-Ring Circus in 1955 (but we cannot be certain this poster for promoting that circus).

Note that this poster must be sent in a tube that is over 32" long (which is why it is in this set of auctions). You can tell how long the tube will need to be by adding 2 inches to the shorter dimension of the length or width (so 40x60s need to be sent in a 42 inch long tube, etc). Most of these posters (with the notable exception of paper banners) CAN be combined in the same tube together, with a few exceptions. Bear in mind that a very long tube (42 inches or longer) will cost a lot more to send than a 30" tube, so bear that in mind before bidding on this poster.

Condition: fair to good. There are significant creases, defects, areas of paper loss and tears of varying lengths along parts of some edges (partially repaired with tape from the back) and much of the lower vertical foldline is repaired with tape from the back.
