Important Added Info: Note that this poster, which is a "country of origin" poster for this Japanese movie, is called a "chihoban", which is a "local version" poster that was created for use outside of the large metropolitan areas. At this time, there were three local companies that handled distribution of Japanese movies outside of the cities for all three of the major Japanese production companies, and they produced their own posters like these (which usually never measure the same as the regular B2 size poster, either larger or smaller). This poster is not from the first release of this movie in 1937, but from an undated, likely early 1950s, re-release. Also note that this Japanese B2 poster measures 20 1/2" x 28 3/4" [52 x 73 cm]. Condition: good. The poster has slight discoloration scattered in some areas from exposure to moisture (mostly near the edges).
