A Folded Dutch Special Poster (measures 43 1/4" x 62 1/4" [110 x 158 cm]) (Learn More) Artisten Zomerfest (literally translates to "Artists Summer Party"), the 1915 Dutch poster promoting a summer festival which was held on June 13 in Amsterdam, and featuring Piet van der Hem art of a dancer with people and animals at her feet. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Artist: Piet van der Hem Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. The poster has many creases and tears of varying lengths (generally 1" or less but some are larger) along portions of some edges and some creases and a few tears in portions of the folds, and several of those defects are repaired with different types of tape from the back. There are creases scattered in various areas and there is ink transfer throughout the image area. There are a few other defects that can be clearly seen in our super-sized image.
