Fatman the Human Flying Saucer is a comic book superhero created by artist C.C. Beck and writer Otto Binder in the 1960s and published as a comic book in 1967. Beck and Binder created Fatman long after Beck's popular creation Captain Marvel was canceled partly due to a copyright infringement suit with DC Comics. Obviously, this character was remarkably "politically incorrect"!

Contents: Captain Marvel writer and artist Otto Binder and C.C. Beck rejoin forces for a new transforming superhero. Rotund Van Crawford literally inflates into a flying saucer to battle menaces like Anti-Man, aided by teen sidekick Tinman. Included in Paul Gravetts 2008 book The Worlds Weirdest Comic Books. Cover by Beck. 68 pages.
