A Folded Advertising Poster (measures 24 1/2" x 37" [62 x 94 cm]) (Learn More)

Philco was a pioneer in battery, radio, and television production which was founded in 1892. In the early 1920s, Philco made storage batteries and battery chargers. In 1928, Philco entered the radio business, and by the end of 1930 they were selling more radios than any other maker, a position they held for more than 20 years. Philco built many iconic radios and television sets, including the classic cathedral-shaped wooden radio of the 1930s (aka the "Baby Grand"), and the Predicta series of television receiver sets of the 1950s.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. The poster was folded like a one-sheet and it has minor wear on the folds. It was attached to a wall with paper labels glued in each corner and the labels are present in three corners, and the one in the lower right corner was roughly removed, causing paper loss in that area. There are some creases and uneven darkening around the edges of the poster. Since the paper loss is only blank white paper and the labels can easily be removed by any restorer, this will be a relatively simple restoration job, and afterwards, it will look fantastic!
