Robertson silent New York City theater stage acting romantic comedy (based on the play by Rachel Crothers; about a poor country girl who goes to New York wanting to become an actress, and she gets a job as an understudy, but that means she stays out late every night and no one knows what she does, so they think the worst about her, until the lead gets sick, and the girl takes her place and becomes a star, but marries a fellow boarder instead) starring Constance Binney, Reginald Denny, Alison Skipworth, Lucia Moore, Blanche Friderici, Edith Gresham, and Mildred Arden. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this half-sheet is very old, and it would not make sense to attempt to roll it, as the paper is fragile enough that rolling it might damage it.
